2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We recommend that you retain proof of sending. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

3. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible, and in a saleable condition. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of posting.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at admin@snyxaronouax.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We may request photographs or other evidence of the defect or damage to process your claim. Our statutory obligations regarding faulty goods are not affected by this policy.

7. Exceptions

Your right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances. For example, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. Dietary supplements that have been opened for use may fall within this category. We will assess each case fairly in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and treat all customers with respect and fairness.
